SHIPPING POLICY
All in-stock items that are purchased on the Aland Irene Design website will be packaged and shipped within three business days. For items that require modification or resizing, shipping times will be lengthened. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and will discuss the shipping options for your customized piece. Please contact me here should you need a rushed order. All shipments come with an online tracking number which will be emailed to you once shipped. Signature upon arrival is required to help secure the shipment. Customers are responsible for purchasing additional insurance on top of the regular shipping fees incase of lost or damaged items. Please note Aland Irene Design is not responsible for customs delays or border fees as they are out of our control. Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
It is very important to me that you absolutely love your jewelery piece. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your jewelry piece, it may be exchanged at equal or lesser value within 14 days of purchase. Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of the items, returns are not accepted. If there are any signs of wear on the jewelry piece you will be subject to a 15% refurbishing fee. Damaged pieces including scratched or chipped stones may not be exchanged. Aland Irene Design is not responsible for shipping costs to exchange the item, lost or stolen packages, or shipments returned from customs. It is advised that should you exchange a product, that you choose a shipping method that includes a tracking number, signature upon arrival, as well as shipping insurance.
Custom made pieces are not eligible for for return, however, exchanges may be considered depending on the piece and will be decided once discussed with the buyer.
